Download Policy

When you make a digital download purchase you agree to the following:

The artist retains the rights to the digital download and purchasing the artists' work does not give the buyer permission to make a profit off of it. 

​

  • You can use the digital download for your personal use in your home.

  • You can print the digital download for your personal use in your home or to be gifted to another person.

  • You cannot make large quantities of prints to hand out.

  • You cannot sell the digital download file.

  • You cannot sell any prints of the digital download.

  • You cannot upload the hi-res file to the internet.

  • You cannot use the digital download or print version for any commercial use.

  • You canot edit or manipulate the design to add to your own projects.

Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Chasing Extraordinary. If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy on refunds and returns. 


   We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
 

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • - The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging


The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Personalized goods

  • Goods that were purchased at a sale price

  • Goods that have been taken out of their original packaging

  • Digital downloads


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. 


Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please reach out to us for an RMA number and directions on where to ship your return. 


We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
